1. Introduction
1.1 The Candy Affiliates program is regulated by the terms and conditions posted on this page. By deciding to join the affiliate program, you automatically agree with all the clauses and provisions of these rules.
1.2 Before registering on the website of the affiliate program, read the rules carefully, and visit periodically this page to check the current version.
1.3 Any changes to the rules below can be made without prior notice to partners.
2. Definitions
2.1 Candy Affiliates/Affiliate Program/Administration – is an affiliate program that helps to attract visitors to the online casino brands placed in the program through the advertising of activities its partners.
2.2 Casino is an Internet resource that provides its visitors with gambling services.
2.3 Partner is a member of an affiliate program who attracts visitors to the site of the advertised casino using his own marketing activity.
2.4 Player is a casino visitor who has opened a personal account and made at least one deposit.
2.5 Deposit is the amount of real money deposited by the player on the casino website.
2.6 Partner’s commission – is the amount the affiliate’s/partner’s earnings.
2.7 Rate is a reward scheme for a partner for attracting players to the casino website.
2.8 FTD are players recognized by the casino as first-time deposit.
2.9 Revenue Share (or RevShare)b is one of the tariffs of the affiliate program which involves the division of the casino's net profit from the players invited by the partner with the payment to the partner at set interest rate.
2.10 CPA is a tariff at which a partner is paid a fixed remuneration for each attracted player.
2.11 Hybrid is a mixture of RevShare and CPA.
2.12 Reporting period is the period based on the results of which the final financial statistics for the partner's account is generated.
2.13 Advertising (promotional) materialsb are materials, including affiliate links, used by a partner for their own marketing activities in order to attract players to the casino website.
3. Participation in the affiliate program, powers and duties
3.1 Registration in the affiliate program is allowed for individuals over 18 years old, as well as for legal entities. After registering on the Candy Affiliates website, the affiliate program employees will consider the opportunity for cooperation with a partner. In case of a positive decision, the powers and duties of the affiliate program come into force immediately.
3.2 After joining the affiliate program, you will not be able to use account to make deposits or play at Candy Casino.
3.3 Partners undertake to provide their contact information, as well as keep them relevant.
3.4 Partners don’t have any rights in relation to the players invited to the casino site, other than making a profit in accordance with the current rate in the affiliate program.
3.5 The partner doesn’t have the right to create more than one account on the website of the affiliate program, and is also obliged to monitor independently the security of the login/password to enter the personal account and not transfer it to third parties.
3.6 A partner, his family members, relatives, friends cannot register on the website of the advertised casino using affiliate links and make deposits in order to make money on the affiliate program.
3.7 By registering on the website of the affiliate program, the partner confirms the following points:
3.7.1 The partner provides complete and truthful information;
3.7.2 The partner has received all necessary permits and licenses, and ensures their relevance;
3.7.3 The partner will ensure the relevance of all news and promotions of the advertised casino, as well as the relevance of affiliate links, descriptions of bonuses, logos, screenshots;
3.7.4 The partner will not target a minor audience when advertising a casino;
3.7.5 The partner will not sell fictions that winnings are guaranteed, as well as provide incorrect information about the winners and winnings;
3.7.6 The partner will not promise players non-existent bonuses and promotions, as well as cashback from their commissions;
3.7.7 The partner will not encourage players to create a repeated account if they are already registered in the casino.
3.8 An affiliate can refuse to participate in the affiliate program at any time.
3.9 The administration of the Candy affiliates program has the right to suspend the affiliate's account at any time if the current rules and regulations of the affiliate program are violated.
3.10 In case of disputable situations, the decision of the administration of the affiliate program is final.
3.11 In case of matters in difference in relation to the amounts of charges, Candy affiliates undertakes to audit the data and, if necessary, correct them.
3.12 If a partner receives a commission that exceeds the correct amount due to any technical or other reason, Candy affiliates has the right to charge the excess of these incorrect charges.
3.13 Candy affiliates is not responsible for the actions of partners or the content of their sites.
3.14 Any disputable situations between Candy affiliates and partners are resolved on individually, through negotiations and the desire to find a compromise way out of the situation. However, the final decision remains with Candy affiliates and is not subject to any challenge.
4. Traffic sources and promotional materials
4.1 The affiliate program has the right to request information about the sources of the partner's traffic at any time. If the partner cannot provide evidence of the use of the traffic sources allowed to him, the affiliate program has the right to freeze the partner's account without making payments.
4.2 Candy Affiliates is not responsible for the methods affiliates use to make traffic.
4.3 The affiliate program considers applications from partners for the use of branded traffic separately. If a partner is going to attract players using branded traffic, then he must inform his manager about this in order to agree on the terms of work.
4.4 Any kind of motivated traffic is strictly prohibited.
4.5 Any schemes for cookie substitution are prohibited (including cookie stuffing).
4.6 A partner has the right to contact his manager to order the advertising materials he needs (banners, landing pages, etc.).
5. Financial questions. Fraud and cheating
5.1 The reporting periods in the affiliate program are dates from 1 to 15, and from 16 to 30 (31) of each month.
5.2 Candy affiliates reserves the right to pay affiliate funds through a payment method other than the one chosen by the affiliate.
5.3 The minimum payout amount is €20. If the partner was unable to earn the minimum amount in one report period, the payment is carried out when the partner's balance will be at least €20.
5.4 Earnings for the previous affiliate period are transferred to the details specified by the partner within 10 working days.
5.5 To receive the first payout, at least 5 players must be invited.
5.6 There is no carryover of negative balances in the Candy affiliates program. If the previous report period was negative, the new one starts from zero.
5.7 By default, the partner receives a RevShare rate. CPA and Hybrid are individual rates, and they are agreed only after checking the partner's traffic for quality.
5.8 By default, all new partners receive 50% Rev Share. However, this is a promotional offer which will be changed after a while.
5.9 If the partner attracted less than 15 FTDs within 3 months, the administration of the affiliate program has the right to suspend the partner's account.
5.10 Candy affiliates reserves the right to change the payout percentages for any of the systems. In this case, partners are notified via their partner email.
5.11 When paying commissions to partners, an operating fee is deducted from the withdrawal amount, which depends on the chosen payment method. Please be aware that in some cases this fee may differ. Approximate values are as follows:
- MasterCard / VISA - 4.5%
- Crypto (min. €50) - 5%
- Skrill, Neteller - 2%
- Piastrix - 0%
- FK-wallet - 0%
5.12 The affiliate program has the right to change the partner's balance for the amount of losses appeared as a result of fraudulent activities of the players brought by the partner for an unlimited time from the moment this activity was detected.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 The affiliate program provides all the necessary measures to maintain the confidentiality of partners and their personal data. The affiliate program undertakes not to disclose confidential data of partners even after cooperation is terminated (Exception: fraudulent actions of a partner in relation to the affiliate program were revealed or in case of government agency request).
